CareEarner Program

Enrollment questionnaire.

A few minutes, and no documents to gather. We review every application, then get in touch to go over a few last details and walk you through the CareEarner Agreement before anything is signed.

About you

Cities, Provinces/States, or communities. Naming an area does not reserve it.

Section 3

Your organization

Organizations only

Complete this section only if you selected a care organization, a property manager or developer, or an installation or trades business. Individuals can skip to Section 4.

That is a separate arrangement with its own pricing. Saying yes does not hold up your CareEarner enrollment.

Section 4

Your work

Required

A few sentences is plenty. Please do not name anyone you intend to introduce here. Introductions are made with your referral code, so the household reaches us themselves.

Section 5

Professional and employment position

Many CareEarners work in care already, and that is welcome. Some employers and professional bodies place conditions on receiving compensation for referrals.

Section 6

Privacy, and staying in touch

Required

This is separate from your enrollment. Leaving it unticked changes nothing about your application, and you can change your mind at any time.

Submitting this questionnaire does not create a CareEarner relationship. Participation requires confirmation by LiLo Health Ltd. and an executed CareEarner Agreement. Rates, tiers, and maintenance requirements are set out in that agreement and may be updated on notice.

What happens next

From here to your first payment.

We review

We read every application ourselves. Most are reviewed within one business day.

We talk

We get in touch to go over any last details and walk you through the CareEarner Agreement, so you know what you are signing before it reaches you.

You sign

Your agreement arrives by email for electronic signature and LiLo countersigns. Your referral code and materials pack are released the same day.

04

You are paid

We collect your deposit details when your first household is approaching activation. Payment is by direct deposit against a statement we prepare.
