LiLo Health and Better Group announced that LiLoHome™ is now available at The Vineyards in Kelowna.
The introduction is intended to strengthen the experience The Vineyards offers Residents and the people who matter to them. Its prevention-minded focus is on encouraging conversations about changing routines before concerns become more difficult to address. LiLoHome™ helps Residents and their chosen Care Teams stay connected to daily living patterns. LiLoCare™ brings that context to authorized Organization Members, supporting more informed conversations and coordination alongside the community’s existing care practices.
For invited family members and friends, that means a way to stay connected between visits through the LiLoHome™ app. For community staff, it means a shared starting point for discussing changes in routines and deciding whether follow-up is appropriate. The goal is to strengthen the relationships around each Resident, connecting the people involved rather than adding another task to the Resident’s day.

LiLoHome™ uses no cameras, microphones, or wearables. Residents choose whether to participate and who to share with, and Resident Participation Consent is required before use. It is a general wellness platform, not a clinical assessment or care-delivery service.
Over the coming weeks, The Vineyards will introduce LiLoHome™ to Residents and their Care Teams. The focus will be on making the platform a part of everyday community life, encouraging earlier conversations and more informed day-to-day support.
