Yes. LiLo Membership can be cancelled at any time. The membership powers the LiLo platform that connects caregivers and supports the LiLoHome system. If you choose to cancel, platform access and caregiver coordination tools will no longer be active.
The system continues operating locally, and connectivity is restored automatically once the internet connection returns.

Yes. Your subscription includes platform updates, system monitoring, and access to support.
